I gladly accept returns!

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned, exchanged OR refunded

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or provide refunds for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I want you to be completely satisfied with anything you purchase through me.

Have a concern? I'm happy to handle refunds and exchanges on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with your order once it has arrived, please contact me at hello@letterlanedesignstudio.com within 5 days and I will work with you for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage costs). All refunds given are based on the items being returned in their original condition.

However, once an item is shipped, the package's transit and delivery is out of my hands. I am not unable to refund money on a purchase that is lost or damaged in transit to the buyer.
