Your purchase will be sent to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure that the address you type in is correct and up-to-date before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order ships, as well as tracking information.
Shipping times may vary, but are approximately 2-5 days for USPS First Class Mail, 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail to the United States. Around the holidays, shipping times will likely be extended or delayed.
If you order an item marked “Preorder,” your entire order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship (to avoid multiple shipping charges).
IF YOUR EVENT IS WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF DATE OF PURCHASE, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THAT YOU PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Even if we ship same day, we cannot guarantee that FedEx will deliver the product in time.
Please know that we CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on behalf of our shipping carriers, nor can we be held responsible for their delays. Once an item leaves our hands, we have the same tracking information as you and cannot provide updates beyond what is listed on the tracking website. Additionally, we will not provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by the shipping carrier. Please message me in the event that something does happen, and I will do my best to help you find a solution.
