This Commercial License allows you to use one unique graphic set from the Watercolor Garden collection to create (1) one single end product for commercial use (up to 500 products) with no credit required.
You must purchase the graphic set and the Commercial License separately, as they are two different products. You can purchase the Watercolor Garden graphic collection here if you have not already. Your receipt confirms your right for commercial use - no document or physical product will be sent to you.
Please note that one Commercial License = one project. If you’re creating greeting cards, you can create product variations (other greeting cards) from the same graphic set, but if you want to create another product (EX: wall art), you will need to purchase another commercial license.
No physical or downloadable items will be sent to you - your receipt is your proof of purchase.
By purchasing the Commercial License, you agree to the following:
The item purchased can be used in a new end product you create as long as it is significantly different than the original item. You should combine the purchased artwork with other resources (such as fonts or other graphics) to create a unique work of art. You may not redistribute the original item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original item.
With the Commercial License, you are allowed to use the items to create End Products for sale up to 500 single units. If you’d like to sell more products than that, please contact me!
You may NOT:

Sublicense, resell, transfer, share or redistribute the item - as a stock or in any other way that allows the extraction of the files - under any circumstances;

Share any of the artwork purchased from Letter Lane Design Studio for free, under any circumstances;

Display the item purchased as a standalone file without imposing technical restrictions to prevent the unauthorized use of the item by third parties;

Claim that you are the author of the illustrations;

Register the item or the end product incorporating the item as a trademark.
