Looking for the perfect gift? Custom watercolor house portraits make amazing gifts for commemorating a new home, housewarming, or your childhood home!
Each custom portrait is sketched out in pencil for approval prior to painting, then painted in high-quality watercolor paint. Many layers are added to create that realistic effect, and on average, each custom painting takes anywhere from 5 to 10 hours to complete. The time and care put into these watercolor house portraits is what makes them so special, and I would love the opportunity to capture your home in such a beautiful, unique way.

Painted on 140lb bright white, high-quality cold press watercolor paper and archival watercolor paint.

Your finished painting will be wrapped with tissue paper and packaged lovingly with a sturdy backer inside a non-bendable envelope to protect it as much as possible during shippABLEing. Please allow 2-4 business days for ground shipping.

Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks during non-holiday seasons. If you need your custom portrait by a specific date, please be sure to mention that in your order notes (rush fees may apply depending on your deadline).

After you’ve placed your order, I'll follow up with you via email with your confirmed booking and an expected completion date. Please be ready to email me several photos of your home to hello@letterlanedesignstudio.com that you'd like me to use as reference for your painting, or you can upload your reference images directly to your order at checkout. Please make sure the photos include the angle of the house you'd like painting and captures all of the area surrounding it. The higher the quality of the photo, the better your painting will turn out.
